At AbodeLights, we specialize in delivering elegant lighting solutions from our manufacturing hub directly to your doorstep. We currently offer dedicated shipping services to the United States and Canada.
1. Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada. No minimum purchase is required.
- Expedited Shipping: If you require faster delivery, please contact our concierge at support@abodelights.com for a custom quote.
2. Delivery Timelines
All products are shipped from our specialized warehouse in Zhongshan, China. Total delivery time is calculated as: Handling Time + Transit Time.

3. Taxes and Duties

Standard Shipping: We offer all-inclusive pricing for our standard shipping service to the United States and Canada. AbodeLights covers all import duties, VAT, and customs-related fees. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay, with no additional charges upon delivery.

Expedited/Express Shipping: If you choose to upgrade to express air freight for faster delivery, please note that any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled with the carrier or local customs office.
4. Tracking & Address Modification
- Order Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive a number within 12 business days, please reach out to us.
- Address Changes: To ensure accuracy, address modifications are only permitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the package has entered the international logistics network, the destination cannot be changed.
5. Cancellations & Damaged Shipments
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours. After this window, a processing fee may apply (refer to our Refund Policy).
- Damage in Transit: Our products are fragile and well-packaged. However, if your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product and email support@abodelights.com within 48 hours.
