Returns:
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that clearance items, customized products, and spare parts are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Items must be in their original, uninstalled condition with all packaging materials included.

- Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 Hours: Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will incur a 10% processing fee to cover labor, specialized packaging, and logistics preparation already in progress.
- Custom Orders (Over $5,000): For bespoke or personalized lighting fixtures with a value exceeding $5,000 USD, orders are final sale and non-cancellable once production has begun, as these pieces are crafted specifically to your requirements.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all products. If you require expedited delivery, please contact our support team for a quote on express shipping fees.
United States: Delivery typically takes 3 to 15 business days, with a processing time of 2 to 5 business days.
Canada: Delivery typically takes 5 to 20 business days, with a processing time of 2 to 5 business days.
Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States and Canada. For inquiries regarding other international destinations, please contact our customer service.
For all orders using Standard Shipping, the answer is no! We cover all taxes and duties for our customers in the U.S. and Canada to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
However, if you request an Express Shipping upgrade (air freight), you will be responsible for any applicable import taxes or duties required by your country’s customs regulations.

To start a return, please email support@abodelights.com to confirm eligibility. Once approved, follow the provided instructions to ship the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a tracking number must be provided.
If you notice damage upon delivery, please refuse the package if possible. If the damage is discovered after opening, contact our customer service immediately with photos of the item and packaging for further instructions.

Product Information
Yes, all electrical components used in our fixtures are UL-certified to ensure safety and quality standards.
Most of our fixtures are compatible with standard E26 base LED or incandescent bulbs. For the best experience, we recommend dimmable LED bulbs so you can adjust the ambiance. Note: While we often include a complimentary bulb, it is not covered under our standard warranty.
For installations in high-wind environments (such as gooseneck outdoor lights), we recommend applying thread sealant or heavy-duty tape to the threads during assembly to prevent rotation.
