Returns:

• After 24 Hours: Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will incur a 10% processing fee to cover labor, specialized packaging, and logistics preparation already in progress.
• Custom Orders (Over $5,000): For bespoke or personalized lighting fixtures with a value exceeding $5,000 USD, orders are final sale and non-cancellable once production has begun, as these pieces are crafted specifically to your requirements.
