At AbodeLights, we are dedicated to providing high-quality lighting solutions for your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below. We aim to ensure a transparent and smooth process for all our customers.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for items purchased on abodelights.com.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all protective materials included.
  • The product must be unused and uninstalled.
  • All parts, accessories, and instruction manuals must be returned.
  • Returns must be pre-authorized by our support team via email.

4. The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@abodelights.com with your Order Number and photos of the item/packaging.
  2. Get Authorization: Our team will review your case and provide the return shipping address and instructions within 24-48 hours.
  3. Ship the Item: Please use a trackable shipping service. We cannot process refunds for items lost during return transit without tracking.

5. Refund Information

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status.
  • Payment Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after receipt. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 Hours: Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will incur a 10% processing fee. This fee covers the labor, specialized packaging, and logistics preparation already initiated for your order.

  • Custom/Bespoke Orders: For custom-made or personalized lighting fixtures with a value exceeding $5,000 USD, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun. These items are crafted specifically to your requirements, and the materials and labor costs cannot be recovered.


7. 90-Day Delivery Guarantee

If your order is not successfully delivered within 90 days due to shipping or logistics issues, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement.
